At the start of the new financial year this April I want to invest 3600 in a cash ISA.how do I choose best ISA? - best cash interest isas rates

I wonder what to invest my ISA money in the best interest over time in 12 months a total of pounds if I will be offering in April 3600th I did not understand two cash ISA that I Cash ISA in the hole transfer in April 3600 and £ I use to open it (in fact, it is 10.800 EUR) in cash ISAs. I myself in search of a better ISA. I found:

NatWest e-ISA 3.51% (ISA can be transferred to them)

Natwest Cash ISA 3.51% Plus also

Barclays 3.61% (you can transfer your ISA)

These are the best on the market to. However, these rates are variable and may change. So I guess fixed interest rate of 3% is not so bad.

HSBC offer 3.1% fixed.
